Hello, everyone! My name is Bruce Black. I'm sixty-two years old and just recently retired from the government after almost thirty-seven years of service. I have been into fitness and exercise my entire life. I earned black belts in two different martial arts in my 20s and went on to teach karate for years afterward. I've always been a fitness advocate. Lifting weights, running, biking, hiking, you name it, I tried it. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health and numerous certifications as an energy healer. As I got older, I realized that some of these things I was doing to “stay in shape” weren't very good for me. Also, I got a little lazy, not wanting to spend hours in the gym. So the search began into how to live healthy without damaging your body, let's say I was looking for a way to outrun the reaper lol. What I have learned and discovered is covered on this site..
As a retired individual, I decided to share that information with others. Wanting to age gracefully, I hate to use the word seniors, because this applies to anyone of any age. Incidentally, everything on this webpage will always be 100% free. If I ever do anything to monetize this site if it grows, it will be through affiliate marketing or other means that don't require my users to pull out a credit card. I will never recommend any product that I haven't personally used and tested myself, and they will all be products that I have purchased with my own money.
I recently moved from Utah, where I was born and raised till the age of 62 to Colorado. We have a very active senior community here, and I love to see folks out enjoying this beautiful state.
